Snap-Tite® Culvert Rehabilitation & Tile Repair
No-Dig Culvert Repair That Lasts
Over time, metal and concrete culverts can rust, crack, or pull apart—creating sinkholes, flooding, and unsafe road conditions. Traditionally, replacing these failed pipes meant tearing up the roadway and replacing the entire system.
With Snap-Tite® culvert rehabilitation, Water Management Solutions offers a smarter, faster, and more cost-effective way to restore failing culverts—without excavation or road closures.
HOW IT WORKS
The Snap-Tite® system uses solid wall HDPE pipe designed to outperform the original culvert. Each pipe section features a machined male/female connection that “snaps” together, creating a watertight seal that meets ASTM D3212 standards.
The new pipe is pushed directly into the existing culvert, and the space between the old and new pipe is filled with grout for structural strength and long-term stability
Ideal Applications:
Culvert
Rehabilitation
Dam overflow or
spillway repair
Driveway and
roadway crossings
Farm or field drainage improvements
Tile Line Repair & Replacement

Whether you’ve got a crushed section, separated joint, or broken riser, our team can locate, expose, and repair tile using the same HDPE materials and precision fusion techniques we use in new installs.
We can also incorporate Snap-Tite® sections to reline failing tile outlets or culvert ends, giving you a permanent fix without a major excavation project.
